These Terms govern your access to and use of Kadster. By creating an account or using Kadster, you agree to these Terms.

Using Kadster

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure and use Kadster only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you publish.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Kadster a limited licence to host, process, display and distribute that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you upload.

Prohibited use

You may not use Kadster for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful or misleading sales, infringement, malware, unauthorised collection of personal data, or content that exploits or endangers others. We may restrict or remove accounts or content that violate these Terms or create risk.

AI-generated features

AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and must be reviewed before use. Do not upload another person’s image without permission. You remain responsible for how generated content is used and represented.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, included features and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kadster available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend service when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or prevention of misuse.

Disclaimers and liability

Kadster is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Kadster does not guarantee business results, sales or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kadster is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Kadster at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk or legal requirements. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply.
