Kadster helps people and businesses create interactive digital profiles, business cards and AI-generated Mini-Me guides. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Kadster.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google; information you add to a Kadster profile; files you choose to upload; subscription and transaction records; and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to create and operate your account, save and publish your profiles, provide requested AI features, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve Kadster.
AI Mini-Me processing
When you voluntarily upload a selfie for Mini-Me creation, it is sent to an AI service solely to generate the requested character. Kadster stores the generated result for your profile and is designed not to retain the original selfie after processing. Only upload images that belong to you or that you have permission to use.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate Kadster, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments, and AI infrastructure providers for requested generation features. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Kadster does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment and billing information necessary to complete a purchase.
Sharing and public profiles
Information you publish on a Kadster profile is publicly accessible through its shared link. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect Kadster, our users or others.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and profile information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and operational purposes. You may edit or remove profile content through Kadster. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact us.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Kadster develops. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
