Kadster helps people and businesses create interactive digital profiles, business cards and AI-generated Mini-Me guides. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Kadster.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google; information you add to a Kadster profile or reusable Casting Kad; Mystery drawings, secret answers, hints, guesses and recovery codes; introduction videos, headshots and portfolio files you choose to upload; casting applications and messages; private agency shortlists, labels and notes; Kads you save and profiles you recently viewed while signed in; subscription, trial, game-credit, referral, commission and tip transaction records; connected Stripe account identifiers and readiness status; and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. For partner fraud prevention, Kadster may store the non-secret card fingerprint supplied by Stripe to detect repeated payment methods. Stripe collects and processes payout, identity and payment details through its own secure forms; Kadster does not store full card or bank account numbers.
How we use information
We use this information to create and operate your account, save and publish your profiles and Mystery games, record game guesses, track free and paid Mystery access, enable creators to apply for opportunities, provide approved agencies with application review and private talent-management tools, maintain your private My Kads contact list and recently viewed history, provide requested AI features, process payments, attribute partner referrals, calculate partner earnings, verify performance targets, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve Kadster.
AI Mini-Me processing
When you voluntarily upload a selfie for Mini-Me creation, it is sent to an AI service solely to generate the requested character. Kadster stores the generated result for your profile and is designed not to retain the original selfie after processing. Only upload images that belong to you or that you have permission to use.
Mums Club and AI chat
When you join the Mums Club, we save your membership against your account. Your AI chat messages and replies are stored privately against your account and sent to OpenAI, with recent conversation context, to provide responses. They are not published to other members. Avoid sharing sensitive information or identifying details about children. Usage counts help us limit misuse. You can request deletion of your membership or chat history by emailing nicholas@kadster.com.
Kadster Video processing
When you order a Kadster Video, we store the two images, creative instructions, optional dialogue and finished video so we can review, produce, deliver and support your order. Your submitted material may be processed by AI video and prompt-generation providers solely to fulfil the request. Only submit people and content that you own or have permission to use.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate Kadster, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments, and AI infrastructure providers for requested generation features. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Kadster does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment and billing information necessary to complete a purchase.
Sharing and public profiles
Information you publish on a Kadster profile is publicly accessible through its shared link. When you apply to a casting opportunity, the posting agency receives your current Casting Kad and application message. Agency notes, labels and shortlists are private to that agency. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect Kadster, our users or others.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and profile information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and operational purposes. You may edit or remove profile content through Kadster. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact us.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Kadster develops. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
